Andrea Moed is a cartoonist, 2D and 3D illustrator and poet who uses drawing as a seventh sense, to attend physically to the human-made and beyond-human worlds. Her work is deeply rooted in the peculiarities of places and communities, which she explores through autobiographical comics, poetry and speculative fiction comics. Her drawings and illustrated ceramics have recently been exhibited at Terrain Biennial: Newburgh and Super Secret Projects gallery in Beacon. Her comics have appeared in ACM Interactions magazine and in the Sequential Arts Workshop anthology “OK to Drive” (upcoming).
